The RTAS system is a web-based program used by RTAS participating emergency departments (ED) to notify public and private emergency medical services (EMS) when their EDs are overly busy and/or diverting EMS patients to less busy EDs.

To access the COTS RTAS system, visit https://www.cotsrtas.org.  Please download and complete the access request form and send to Roxanna Giambri.

RTAS access is only provided to RTAS participating EDs and public/private EMS agencies and their dispatch centers that transport patients to RTAS participating EDs.
